Shut Downs:
Power Station - 6 - 16th May
Power Station - 19th - 27th May
We are a comprehensive mechanical services business specialising mechanical, valve services, engineering and machining. We are currently looking for Fitters to join our shut downs teams.
To function, test, strip & assess equipment on site to evaluate the required scope of works for overhaul
To accurately document information in the relevant job cards that allows for effective engineering assessments
To reassemble all types of equipment correctly as per the OEM’s instructions.
To perform Hydrostatic and Gas testing as per procedures of various types and equipment
To ensure that all work has been completed, inspected and signed off before passing on to the next operation.
To maintain and care for all equipment, tooling and machines used.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Mechanical trade qualification.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the Industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound Knowledge of industrial safety legislation, issues, general requirements and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including medical, drug and alcohol screening prior to an offer of employment being made.
