About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Performance Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

  2. Identify and evaluate new media opportunities to enhance acquisition results and optimize performance.

  3. Lead the creative development of campaign materials, including briefings and collaboration with the Creative and Content Team as needed.

  4. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create high-impact paid media campaigns.

  5. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure alignment between paid amplification and retail conversion strategies.

  6. Monitor and analyze data to adjust media campaigns and optimize performance.

  7. Manage and optimize live campaigns, providing post-campaign analysis reports to share insights for future initiatives.

Relevant Experience:

  1. Over 2 years of proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering customer-centric acquisition marketing campaigns.

  2. Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with measurable results.

  3. Experience in marketing campaign management across the full marketing mix.

  4. Experience working with external media, creative, PR agencies.

  5. Strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, business acumen, and strong analytical skills.

  6. Experience managing advertising budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Management, Advertising, Business or a related field.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of performance media platforms, such as Google Ads, DV360, and other performance marketing platforms.

  • Familiarity with managing paid digital marketing campaigns, including display, search and paid social.

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and data sets to develop data-led stories.

  • Comfortable working in a self-directed, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment.

  • Comfortable working 5 days onsite
