Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our sales and marketing efforts. Your mission: generate quality leads, elevate our brand, and deliver marketing initiatives that actually move the needle. You’ll play a key role across both strategy and execution – from creating engaging content to coordinating events and supporting advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Create and execute strategies to generate quality leads across multiple channels

• Work closely with our sales team to identify key accounts and support lead conversion

• Track performance of lead generation and conversion to continuously refine tactics

Marketing Execution

• Develop eye-catching content (videos, photos, brochures, promos)

• Manage our social media presence and grow online engagement

• Support paid advertising with external providers to optimise performance

• Coordinate and attend tradeshows/events to build brand awareness

• Gather customer feedback and produce powerful testimonial videos

We’re Looking For Someone With:

• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, especially in lead generation

• Creative flair and hands-on content creation experience (Canva a bonus)

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• Experience with social media platforms and marketing analytics

• A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• A passion for growth, results, and continuous improvement
