We’re now seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Oceania Marketing team and elevate our brand presence across Australia and New Zealand. About the RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing Oceania, this role will lead the execution of digital marketing strategies and brand positioning initiatives across the Jungheinrich, Manitou, and TCM brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing day-to-day marketing operations, and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to support business growth in our target industries and customer segments . Key Responsibilities· Develop and implement a local marketing plan aligned with the broader marketing strategy and business objectives.· Lead digital marketing activities, including website optimisation, SEO/SEA, email marketing, social media, eCommerce, and advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.· Create engaging and locally relevant content while adapting global/regional material for various channels and campaigns.· Monitor, analyse and report on marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.· Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.· Organise and manage offline marketing initiatives including trade shows, industry events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.· Collaborate closely with sales, service, product management, as well as regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all initiatives.· Prepare and present regular performance reports and market insights to key stakeholder s. What You’ll Bring· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with a strong digital focus.· Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, social media marketing) highly regarded.· Proficiency in CMS, marketing automation tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).· Proven success in managing SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media, and analytics.· Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.· Excellent project management and organisational abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.· Exceptional verbal and written communication skil ls.
