The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join this award winning team Monday through Friday, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales campaigns and providing valuable marketing support to the Director. Reporting to a dynamic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage all marketing campaigns
- Help out with front office duties
- Brand marketing for this successful team
- Book and design marketing collateral
- Liaise with sales agents in relation to campaign marketing, listing details etc
- Coordinate settlement gifts
- Update website home page and feature properties
- Digital marketing and profiling – including Facebook, Instagram, Domain
- Agent marketing
- Updating templates, email signatures and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
The Candidate: - A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
- Strong administration and communication skills
