The Role The purpose of the Manufacturing Engineer is to …..Use good judgment to identify problems and potential problems as an opportunity to improve product production. Manufacturing and Quality Follow all setup procedures and work instructions as documented.Management and control of production orders.Support Quality Control and Capability group/Manufacturing to prepare for audits.Support with investigation for non-conformances and corrective actions.Complete all quality checks as documented; adjust and re-produce product as needed to provide accurate and damage-free product to the Customer.Ensures product assembled meets quality standards.Operating in an ISO 13485 environment (or GMP)Analytical approach to decision makingStep up to take ownership of the work, while not being afraid to make decisions.Ability to communicate effectively on design issues, with colleagues, customer and suppliers is essential.The role will be hands on and highly technical, yet you will need to understand how your work affects the bigger picture.
