Your Role:
As the Manager, Service Delivery, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our technology services exceed UniSuper's strategic objectives. This role is about harmonising technology with business, guiding our IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, and leading a symphony of people, processes, and technology to create service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ITSM and SIAM frameworks to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee Service Management functions, driving continuous improvement.
- Align service management strategies with TSE department goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Manage risk and compliance, ensuring high standards.
- Support budget management and optimise service management toolsets.
- Oversee IT change, release, and configuration management.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts.
About You: - 10+ years in leadership roles within service management.
- Proficiency in ITIL-aligned processes.
- Strong strategic acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability and results-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in disaster recovery and risk management.
