Who we are
The Digital and Technology Services (DTS) branch contributes to the success of the ACMA by supporting employees through the provision of core ICT functions and the delivery of a coordinated program of Digital and Technology projects to internal and external stakeholders. As an enabling service, DTS works with the ACMA through the provision of specialised ICT systems, exploring digital business opportunities, and supporting ACMA enquiry handling and service delivery via the Customer Services Centre and online channels.
About the role
The ICT Project Management Office sits within the DTS branch to provide critical advice, expertise and leadership of best practice ICT and Digital service delivery for the ACMA. The Manager – ICT Project Management Office reports directly to the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) as part of the DTS management team.

Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline level security clearance or hold a current security clearance of an appropriate level. Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
