About the Role
OCM is seeking a highly motivated Management Consultant to join our growing team of advisory professionals. As part of our strategic consulting practice, you will deliver high-quality services to clients across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors.
You will work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs, design and implement tailored solutions, and support successful organisational change. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis, diagnostic assessments, and process reviews
- Develop strategic frameworks and implement business improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, change programs, and client stakeholder engagements
- Support and manage projects involving risk assessments, policy development, and performance evaluations
- Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Assist in proposal development and business growth initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
- At least 3 years of consulting experience or relevant industry background in management advisory, organisational development, or change management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements across diverse industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Knowledge of project and change management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PROSCI) is highly desirable
