Clontarf Aboriginal College, a co-educational Catholic CARE (Curriculum and Re-engagement in Education) School in Perth, is dedicated to supporting Aboriginal students in Years 7-12. We offer a safe and nurturing environment for educationally marginalised students from metropolitan, rural, and remote areas. Our on-site boarding house provides a unique setting for students to develop lifelong skills while accessing quality education.


Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance/Groundsperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the College in a professional and safe manner according to the College Maintenance Plan. This role includes ensuring the daily presentation of the College grounds and supporting other community members in achieving the College objectives.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and or qualifications as a Maintenance/Groundsperson

  • A current WA driver's licence (LR)

  • Willingness to obtain:

    • Working with Children Card (WWC) forms available from participating Australia Post outlets

    • National Police Check  https://www.education.wa.edu.au/ncchc

    • PTD authorisation


Highly Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar work environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Accreditation to work in a Catholic school
