The Opportunity
As a Maintenance Planner, you'll be the go-to expert for all things related to easement maintenance. You'll be responsible for developing and managing maintenance plans, ensuring our policies and strategies are met.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
Creating routine maintenance plans for Powerlink easements, and identifying opportunities for improvementBuilding strong relationships stakeholders across the businessAnalysing maintenance records and data to recommend and implement better practicesFacilitating forums, workshops, and meetings to ensure alignment of maintenance deliveryConducting inspections and audits on site to ensure compliance with maintenance requirementsCompiling detailed reports on the condition of easement corridors and land-related assets
The People You'll Join
Based in our Virginia office, you will work within the Asset Integrity & Performance Solutions Team, reporting directly into the Team Leader. As part of our Operations & Service Delivery division, this team is key in providing expert advice and support for maintenance activities of our high-voltage assets.
What You'll Bring
Associate Degree in Engineering, Environment, Data Science or Land Management or a lesser qualification coupled with extensive experience
As an experienced maintenance planner, you will have a deep understanding of maintenance practices related to easements or linear infrastructure. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be crucial, as well as your ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and equipment manuals.
You will have a sharp attention to detail, ensuring tasks are followed through to completion and deadlines are met. Additionally, your ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential.
You will also have experience with maintenance planning in SAP or other ERP systems, enabling you to efficiently manage and optimise maintenance activities. Your ability to translate strategy into actionable maintenance plans will be key to ensuring our assets meet lifecycle expectations and organisational goals.
