Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for partnering with the Marketing Team to ensure a seamless experience from awareness to loyalty. In this role you will be responsible for delivering Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and collaborating with the Digital Commerce & Marketing (DCM) team for digital, CRM, and media executions. You will support the execution of local omnichannel activation with channel experts ensuring seamless store and online execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist in the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and brand activations.Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques.Assist in the maintenance of the brand’s “Master” Range List and keep the record of all incoming and outgoing products for the brand across ANZ. Support executions of GTM plans of the assigned marketing pod / total brand including A&P campaigns, forecasting (newnewss & promo), visual merchandising, assets, sampling programs and CRM programs in partnership with DCM and commercial team.Partner with DCM Media and CRM for local execution of campaignsPartner with Online and commercial teams for execution of omnichannel plans and activationsWork with agency on assets adaptation and production of collaterals for all platforms to ensure excellent execution of marketing activities.Support brand events across all channels including influencers management, marketing collaterals with on-site operations support in collaborating with local commercial team and external PR agency.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the brands business activities.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools.
Administrative Support
Prepare and present reports on marketing activities to senior management.Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, brand bulletins and field newslettersCoordinate events, conferences, and meetings - either physical or digitalRaise, track and close all shopping carts/purchase orders related to the roleWork in partnership with other support personnel in Brand to assist in smooth flow of operations and Brand activities Other general tasks as required by the Marketing Team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams.Data-driven decision-making skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
