Lifestyle Coordinator – Aged Care | Leadership Role | Gold CoastFull-Time | Lead with heart, make a difference, build community connections HillView Care is a boutique residential aged care provider with homes in Ashmore and Merrimac, offering low, high, and dementia-specific care. As we continue to grow and reimagine aged care on the Gold Coast, we’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our Leisure and Lifestyle team across both sites. Reporting to the Marketing and Lifestyle Manager, you’ll bring leadership, creativity, and collaboration to the role - designing and delivering engaging programs that enrich resident wellbeing and strengthen community and family connections. You’ll oversee the planning and coordination of activities at both locations, working closely with your team to create meaningful experiences for our residents.This is more than just a job - it’s your chance to lead with purpose and make a genuine difference every day. About the role: As our Lifestyle Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of resident engagement - designing and delivering a vibrant program that nurtures wellbeing, creativity, and connection. You’ll lead an enthusiastic team, collaborate closely with our marketing team to share our story, and foster strong ties with families, volunteers, and the wider community through engaging events and a thriving volunteer program. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the lifestyle team to deliver engaging and meaningful activitiesDevelop & coordinate resident-focused wellness and lifestyle programsImplement resident care plansWork collaboratively with the marketing team to promote events, share resident stories, and strengthen community visibilityBuild strong relationships with residents, families, and local community groupsDevelop and manage a vibrant volunteer program to enhance resident engagementEnsure programs support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing for all residentsCoordinate special events, cultural celebrations, and outings What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a Lifestyle Coordinator roleAn understanding of the Australian Quality Standards in Aged CareA minimum Cert IV in Leisure & Health - CHC43415 (a Diploma in Leisure & Health - CHC53415 would be highly regarded)A Cert III Individual Support will be favourably consideredStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in events and/or community engagement highly regardedCollaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionallyExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesCreative, organised, and passionate about enhancing quality of life for older peopleProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a proven ability to quickly learn new programsExperience managing volunteers is preferredA current First Aid & CPR certificate Why Join HillView Care?
