• Bring your existing client base ($350K+) and help drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering team development.
• Advise on complex commercial matters and disputes.
• Work with a diverse client base spanning multiple industries.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and expansion.

About You:

• 8+ years' PAE in Commercial Law with strong technical expertise.
• A transferrable client base valued over $350K+.
• Leadership skills with a collaborative and mentoring approach.
• A commercial mindset and passion for business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client management abilities.
