You’ll be on the road, leading top-tier projects, working with a crew that knows their stuff—and still managing to look cool doing it in hi-vis.

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Leading from the front on installs, maintenance, and breakdowns
• Reading schematics without needing to squint or swear (too much)
• Keeping jobs running smoothly and safely—no cowboy antics here
• Being the go-to for troubleshooting, mentoring, and dad-joke delivery
• Acting as the link between site, clients, and management—because you actually get what’s going on

WHO ARE YOU?

• Electrical trade qualification (QLD licence a bonus if you’ve got it)
• Experience in the industrial world—automation, factories, heavy gear
• Leadership skills that make people actually want to work with you
• Strong safety game—you’re the kind who wears PPE properly, not just when the boss shows up
• Bonus points if you’ve got PLC/control systems experience
