About the Role:
If you're hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to step up in your career, we want you! As part of our team, you'll work directly with the Production Supervisor at our Warragul site to ensure production deadlines are met while leading and developing the packing team.

What does a Production Leading Hand do?

• Manage Production Line Operations:
  Manage daily packing tasks, ensuring efficient distribution and clear responsibilities for the team, oversee packing tasks, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow across the production lines with the assistance of a leader. 

• Train and Support Team Members:
  Provide hands-on training and guidance to help team members complete packing tasks to quality standards.

• Operate Packing Machines:
  Set up and run packing machines according to daily production orders, ensuring smooth operations.

What can you bring?

• Previous experience in a fast paced environment like manufacturing is preferrable 
• Previous experience in a leadership role
