About the role

Ainslie Laundrette is looking for a part-time Laundry Assistant to join our team in Ainslie, ACT 2602. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundrette, providing high-quality and efficient laundry services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Sorting, washing, drying, folding and ironing customer laundry

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their laundry needs

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the laundrette facility

• Replenishing supplies and ensuring the proper functioning of laundry equipment

• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures

• Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless laundry experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or laundry-related role, an advantage

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
