We do gardens, based in Inner West Sydney is seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves a mix of soft and hard landscaping, as well as ongoing garden maintenance services across a range of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and plant garden beds, trees, and shrubs

Lay new turf and establish lawns

Build and install garden beds, edging, and retaining features

Prune and trim trees and hedges to maintain garden aesthetics and health

Maintain gardens with regular weeding, mulching, fertilising, and pest control

Operate and maintain a range of landscaping tools and machinery

Follow plans, instructions, and safety procedures on all sites

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Landscape Gardener or similar

Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent

White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good physical fitness and a positive attitude

Manual driver’s licence preferred but not essential

Salary $70,000/$90,000+super depending on experience and skills
