We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Key Account Manager to join our vibrant, collaborative, and high-energy team! In this role, you’ll manage sales across a diverse range of accounts, including trade, online, library, airport, and specialist accounts.

Elements of this varied role include:
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, maximizing sales and revenue from those accounts, and acting as a primary point of contact for their needs
Managing the sales process from presentation of sales materials to processing and tracking of orders
Identifying market and promotional opportunities within each account
Driving sales in specialist and non-traditional channels, from gaming to education and more
Providing input and feedback on market opportunities, marketing proposals, promotional plans, consumer and sales trends
To be successful in this role you will have:
A proven ability to think and work analytically
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to travel for in-person sales meetings
A passion for books and publishing
A strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
Demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience creating sales reports and/or using Bookmaster as well as an understanding of book warehousing and logistics will be highly regarded.
