This is hybrid Junior UI Designer role at a fast-growing digital agency that’s reimagining how modern brands engage users through beautiful, usable interfaces. Frank is recruiting on behalf of a client that delivers high-impact digital products across health, finance, lifestyle, and government sectors.

You’ll be joining a creative, tight-knit team that values design craft, collaborative thinking, and thoughtful execution. This is a place where you can grow your skills, be mentored by senior designers, and contribute to live projects that make a difference from day one.

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC with a flexible hybrid setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Interface Design – Create clean, intuitive UI designs for websites, platforms, and apps using Figma.
• Component & Layout Building – Work with established design systems and contribute new components when needed.
• Collaboration – Partner with UX, developers, and project managers to deliver well-rounded, user-friendly experiences.
• Feedback & Iteration – Present your work, take on feedback from senior designers, and iterate with confidence.
• Handover & Spec Creation – Prepare polished files and annotate for developers using tools like Figma Inspect or Zeplin.
