About the role:

We’re expanding our marketing team and are on the lookout for a Junior PPC & Organic Marketing All-Rounder – someone enthusiastic, collaborative, and keen to dive into the world of digital advertising and paid/organic content marketing. 

This is a hands-on and varied entry-level role where you’ll support both paid advertising and organic marketing efforts across multiple businesses in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to execute advertising campaigns and produce content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions. We have a hybrid work arrangement (4 days home, 1 day office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform dashboards.

  • Conduct keyword analysis and assist in defining and refining target audiences.

  • Work with team members to help develop compelling ad copy and visuals.

  • Communicate with clients about campaign strategies, performance, and outcomes.

  • Analyse campaign data to draw insights and make optimisation suggestions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices for ad platforms.

  • Support the creation and publication of organic content—including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos.

About you:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience.

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing, PPC advertising and organic marketing.

  • Some exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads (training can be provided).

  • Solid attention to detail and analytical skills, with data analysis experience desirable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • An organised and collaborative mindset.

  • The drive to learn and grow your skills. 

  • Experience with or a willingness to learn tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, or basic design software (e.g. Canva) is a plus. 

  • An interest in working as part of a team, openness to learning and a can-do, positive attitude.

  • Ability to problem-solve and come up with innovative solutions.

You may be a recent graduate, career switcher, or have some experience in content creation or social media, and are now looking to expand into paid marketing too.
