Programmed is currently seeking enthusiastic Grounds Teams Member to join an incredible team who have proudly delivered quality property maintenance and services for over 75 years. Based in Sydney’s Inner West, we’re offering a great opportunity to build a long-term career in grounds maintenance with an organisation who's footprint in the industry is unmatched! 

 

We are currently seeking both Grounds Persons and a Team Leader, so whether you are at the beginning of your career or looking to take the next step, we have the role for you! 

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone looking to learn and develop in their career

• For Grounds Persons, we are open to entry-level applicants with basic grounds maintenance skills – training provided!

• Candidates who aspire to grow in their career

• Experience with whipper snipping, lawn mowing, and general gardening tasks is a plus!

• Permanent Full-Time Position

• Salary Package:

  • Grounds Person: $25–$30/hour + super + All Leave entitlements

  • Team Leader: $30–$33+/hour + super +  All Leave entitlements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Grounds Person:

• Operate whipper snipers, blowers, and mowers to maintain lawns and gardens

• General property maintenance, pest control and clearing of debris of Small Residential Complexes

Team Leader:

• Lead a team of 2–4 grounds staff

• Oversee day-to-day operations
