MKR Groups is a rapidly growing company having three restaurants and some more venues upcoming in Sydney.
Jizakana is a fine modern Japanese restaurant in Cammeray, Sydney, that serves fresh sashimi, sushi, and other Japanese delicacies.
Our chefs use only the finest ingredients to create dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends, Jizakana is the perfect place to enjoy a taste of Japan.
About Your Role:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service with maintaining our high service standards
- Greet and look after customers with a smile and genuine warmth to improve customer satisfaction
- Taking orders, and manage them accurately with communicating kitchen staffs to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements and special occasions to optimise the customers dining experience
- Lead our team including support and motivate our experienced excellent front staffs
- Monitor inventory levels
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in managing a Restaurant preferably in the dining or Japanese Cuisine
- Well communication skills for both staffs and customers
- Fluent English speaking
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team
- Passionated for hospitality service to improve customers experience
- Well organising and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for details
- Knowledgeable for Japanese Cuisine, the types of fish, Wine and Japanese Sake preferred
