About the role ...
The IT Support Assistant will assist users in navigating the MiCare IT environment. This will require a self-motivated individual committed to delivering solutions that drive success. The position will work collaboratively with the Manager ICT Services and service areas within the organisation. The successful incumbent will provide guidance to users and entry level technical knowledge of IT systems and software to support users in using technology in their daily roles.
