About the role
Tasty One Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and versatile IT Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our core business systems, including HubSpot, SharePoint, MYOB, and Ostendo Software, while ensuring the smooth operation of our on-premise server. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our external IT support company, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship, and playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our cybersecurity posture.

What you'll be doing:

Business Systems Management:

  • Oversee and optimize the performance of core business systems such as HubSpot, SharePoint, MYOB, and Ostendo Software.

  • Ensure system integrations are functioning effectively and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes to improve efficiency and functionality.

Server and Network Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company's on-premise server, ensuring it runs smoothly and securely.

  • Perform regular server maintenance and updates in collaboration with the external IT support company.

  • Troubleshoot server-related issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Collaboration with External IT Support:

  • Act as the primary liaison with the external IT support company, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of IT-related issues.

  • Build and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the IT support team, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT needs.

Cybersecurity Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s cybersecurity posture, including managing firewalls, access controls, and data protection measures.

  • Ensure that best practices for cybersecurity are followed across all systems and that any potential vulnerabilities are proactively addressed.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide internal technical support to staff, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Manage the escalation of complex issues to external IT vendors and ensure follow-up and resolution.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Generate regular reports on system performance, incident management, and cybersecurity status for senior management.

What we're looking for:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an IT coordinator or IT support role, particularly in managing business systems and IT infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SharePoint, MYOB, and Ostendo Software is preferred.

  • Experience with on-premise server management, network configurations, and working with external IT support vendors.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of networking, server management, and cloud-based technologies.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, with a focus on protecting sensitive data and preventing threats.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve IT issues efficiently.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, able to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Education & Certifications:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified, or cybersecurity certifications) are a plus.
