About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an IR / HR Business Partner to work within our People Division.
Make a significant impact in our Industrial Relations Strategy Project Team with a key focus on enterprise bargaining.
You will provide both strategic and operational support throughout the enterprise bargaining process and work together with the senior industrial lead to ensure successful negotiation and implementation of newly bargained agreements.
Your Key Focus
Engage and build strong relationships with unions, employee representatives and management to facilitate effective bargaining outcomesYou will have essential input in implementing the Communication and Engagement StrategyCollaborate with the IR Strategy Project and Negotiation Team(s) to provide advice and support to management on enterprise bargaining strategies and issuesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in process and operational effectiveness using critical thinking
What We Look For
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policiesProven experience in enterprise bargaining or industrial relationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent in being able to analyse and interpret data to support decision makingStrong ability to maintain strong relationships with various stakeholdersExperience within the Disability and/ or Aged Care and Health Sector is highly desirable
