What You’ll Do Become the go-to expert: Work with electronic security systems including access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and IP camera systems.Lead customer interactions: Engage with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, ensuring all enquiries and requests are handled efficiently.Support sales success: Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales enquiries.Make friends with customers: Forge connections that last, focusing on relationships that go beyond just business transactions.Keep operations smooth: Assist with stock control, re-stocking shelves, and picking and packing orders.Be adaptable: Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and the store - especially as we build the store from the ground up.
