The Role
 

This full-time position is based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake. You will manage your own diverse recruitment portfolio, collaborating across all TLC brands to deliver innovative end-to-end hiring solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include developing creative sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Talent attraction (advertisement drafting, posting)
• Shortlisting & phone screening
• Interview coordination
• Reference checks & placements
• Ensuring seamless candidate experiences
• Building & maintaining candidate talent pools
• Leading surge recruitment projects
• Supporting broader HR initiatives when required

What We’re Looking For

•  Proven experience in talent acquisition & recruitment
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Strong resilience and ability to juggle competing priorities
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
•  NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
•  Eligibility to work in Australia
