Reconciling of bank accounts Recording of accounts payable and accounts receivableArranging of payments as may be requiredProcessing of payrollPosting of month end journalsPreparing of month end reconciliations and reportingPreparing of IAS/BAS for lodgmentPreparing of annual compliance workpaperInter-entity reconciliations when required
Requirements
Must have a qualification in accounting or bookkeeping such as a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higherSeveral years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial records and preparing financial reportsProficient in using bookkeeping software such as Xero, XPM, MYOBMust have advanced knowledge in Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detailPossess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional analytical skills to be able to interpret financial data and provide insights to clients or employer
