Eligibility: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. (no shifts or weekends)
Start Date: 19th May

Working arrangements: Hybrid
Salary: $67,264 + super + 25% commission (performance based)
Training: Full training provided over 6 weeks - based in the office.
Duties and Resonsibilities:
- Manage phone quotes within required timeframes, following endorsed procedures and scripts to provide clients with necessary information.
- Proactively consult with allocated clients to meet weekly and monthly lodgment and completion targets.
- Administer all client-related activities, maintaining an up-to-date activity list, responding to inbound emails the same day, and managing documentation and quotes.
- Assist in contacting existing clients regarding policy renewals to ensure they receive the best market deals.
- Process all allocated saves promptly and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Educate clients about services and products to ensure thorough understanding.
- Collaborate with the Client Services department to smoothly transition applications from initial contact to completion.
- Log information from calls and maintain detailed, accurate records as per procedures.
About you:
We are looking for someone with Outbound Sales experience with strong resilience, and high energy. The ideal candidate will have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, consistently meet targets, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Previous sales experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Previous experience in an administrative team or inbound/outbound call centre environment.
Desirable:
- Prior sales experience in a similar role, with potential to develop strong influencing skills to meet targets.
- Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry.
- RG146 qualification
