In this dynamic role, you’ll generate revenue through outbound calls to new prospects, expand sales with existing customers, and leverage our strong channel partner network. Trend Micro offers a collaborative, growth-driven culture, and you'll work closely with Customer Success, Channel & Alliances, and Sales Engineering teams to achieve success. Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive business growth within your assigned territory by generating new revenue and expanding sales to existing clients.Identify opportunities in cloud security & enterprise cybersecurity through research and outbound efforts.Engage with leads, uncover pain points, and convert them into sales opportunities, driving them to closure.Nurture leads to increase conversion rates and maximize sales potential.Take full ownership of your accounts and develop your sales expertise. Skills And ExperienceProven success in outbound B2B sales rolesFluent verbal and written communications skills in EnglishThe ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to bring the conversation forwardThe ability to translate complex technology into easy-to-understand business languageResilience in handling objections and persistence in following upTime management skills juggling multiple customer conversationsWorking knowledge of salesforce.com or Dynamics 365 and the discipline to track all leads in the system Please note: successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check and national police check.
