Position Available: Service Technician 

We are currently seeking a skilled Roller Shutter Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional service, who has a keen eye for detail, and possesses the necessary skills to excel in this field. Due to growth in our business, we are looking to add another service vehicle to maintain our growing list of customers’ requirements. We seek an experienced industrial door/gate or dock leveller technician. 

However, if you have a good skill set, we will provide on-the-job training for the right applicant.

What We Require:

• Ability to successfully pass criminal checks for high-security sites.

• Possession of a Queensland open driver's license; HR license would be considered an advantage.

• A forklift license, working at heights, and elevated work platforms (EWP) are preferred.

• Proficiency in using various power tools, including grinders, welders, and electric drills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults effectively are essential in Roller Shutters, Dock Levellers, and Automatic Gates.

• A record of outstanding attendance and punctuality.

• A strong sense of pride in one’s appearance and workmanship.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Willingness and ability to complete all job-related paperwork electronically and manually.

• A thorough understanding of and compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies.

• Resilience under pressure and flexibility to adapt to change.

• Self-motivation and the capability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Availability for regular overtime and participation in an after-hours "on-call" rotation, including weekends.
