Key Responsibilities:Travel Coordination: Plan and manage all travel logistics for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Entertainment Logistics Management: Collaborate with the planning team to ensure travel aligns with schedules and objectives.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries from travellers, providing timely and effective support.Problem Solving: Address any travel issues that arise promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.
Qualifications:Experience in travel management or a related field.Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
