As the ICT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery, support, and management of a contemporary virtual healthcare delivery platform.
As the ICT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery, support, and management of a contemporary virtual healthcare delivery platform. This ICT platform plays an important role in the HCC provision of virtual healthcare services to Queenslanders. You will work closely with clinical, technical and vendor teams to ensure that the platform is designed, implemented, and managed in a way that meets business requirements and underpins high-quality service provision. The position is part of the Planning and Performance team and reports to the Director of Planning and Performance, leading a team of up to four direct reports.
