Tasks & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ICT projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate cross-functional resources.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and adjust schedules and plans as needed.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and the allocation of ICT resources.
- Implement best practices for project governance and process improvement.
Qualifications & experience
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in ICT project management, including the successful delivery of end-to-end projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage project scope and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency with project management tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable.
