The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, eliciting and documenting system requirement and will work with internal users and stakeholders to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, evaluate current systems, and design and modify ICT systems to meet evolving business and operational needs. This position acts as a bridge between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.

Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using BPMN 2.0, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart to develop clear and accurate process maps.
Work with users to identify, gather, and document business and system requirements.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through requirement elicitation and gap analysis, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Investigate and analyse business processes and information systems to identify areas for improvement and system optimisation.
Review existing systems and recommend modifications or replacements to improve functionality and efficiency.Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to guide technical implementation.
Develop system plans and wireframes using tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, and BPMN 2.0.
Liaise with developers, third-party vendors, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working systems.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation planning, and change management processes.
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and data reports using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, testing, and integration of system enhancements, using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for sprint planning, task tracking, issue resolution, and documentation management.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify and resolve technical or operational issues, and prepare comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation of business processes and system changes in accordance with organisational standards.

A minimum of one year experience in a Business Analyst or ICT Business Analyst role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Familiarity with education management systems (e.g., student management, learning management, or compliance systems) is highly desirable.About Company
