Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Task & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Design and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Identify and address training and development needs for employees.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, AHRI) is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (e.g., recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and employee relations).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
