The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and energetic Housekeeping Manager to join our leadership team at Discovery Resorts – Lake Argyle.

You’ll take ownership of the cleanliness and presentation of our rooms, guest areas, and staff accommodation, making sure everything sparkles and guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Duties

• Leading a small team across day-to-day cleaning operations
• Supporting the team with hands-on housekeeping duties when needed
• Rostering, stock control, and linen ordering
• Quality checks to ensure a consistent guest standard
• Collaborating with maintenance, reception, and other teams

Skills & Experience

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a resort or hotel
• Eye for detail and high standards of presentation
• Comfortable living and working remotely
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Reliable, positive, and solutions-focused

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
