POSITION OVERVIEW
Due to sustained growth and increasing customer demand, Dosa Hut is looking for a Hospitality Manager who will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of food services, and effectively managing the operations of restaurant including managing events and functions. Working collaboratively with the top management and other key stakeholders, the Hospitality Manager ensures that customers receive high-quality, safe, and person-centered hospitality services. This hands-on leadership role oversees a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering service excellence that aligns with DOSA HUT values and standards.
