Role: Growth Marketing Specialist (Freelance)

We’re expanding our expert network and looking for a Fractional Growth Marketing Specialist to help clients build and optimize performance-driven marketing strategies. From paid acquisition to funnel optimization, you’ll work hands-on with teams to accelerate user acquisition, boost retention, and unlock scalable growth—all while working flexibly and remotely.

Your responsibilities may include:Designing and executing full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, and owned channelsManaging and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)Building and iterating on landing pages, email sequences, and conversion pathsConducting A/B tests and growth experiments to improve CAC, LTV, and activation metricsAnalyzing campaign performance and producing actionable reports with clear ROI insightsCollaborating with content, product, and sales teams to align growth initiativesRecommending tools, platforms, and martech integrations that streamline resultsAdvising on audience segmentation, retargeting, and personalization strategies
Required qualities may include:Proven experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance strategyHands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major ad platformsComfort with data analytics and experimentation (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.)Experience optimizing conversion funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle email flowsStrong grasp of key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, bounce rates, etc.Experience working independently or with multiple clients in a fractional or freelance capacityFamiliarity with tools like Webflow, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar is a plus
