There is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Growth Manager to join our vibrant Brisbane team, reporting to the National Interiors Sales Manager.

About the role

The Growth Manager will drive and execute our growth strategies within the residential and commercial sectors. In this role, you will focus on expanding our market presence, enhancing customer acquisition, and implementing innovative strategies to accelerate our growth. If you have a passion for interiors, a knack for spotting growth opportunities, and thrive in a creative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the interiors furniture hire and styling market.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, partnerships, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry influencers, and partners to boost sales.

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement campaigns that generate and convert leads.

  • Monitor and optimize sales metrics, including conversion rates and client retention, to meet targets.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales processes and market expansion.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring an efficient process.

About you

  • Strong sales background in either real estate, interiors, construction, or other similar industries

  • A professional who is well-presented with outstanding communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

  • Amazing ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at different levels.

  • Possess the hunter mentality, seeking leads at every turn.

  • Previous experience in interiors is preferred.

  • Possess a car and driver's license, as you'll be on the road a lot!
