· Delivering strategic financial advice and investment analysis to support property acquisition, asset management, and portfolio optimisation
· Financial modelling and investment analysis of property acquisition and financing opportunities, presented as advice on suitability and risk/return outcomes for the firm and its investors.
· Advising on investment strategies for existing property assets, including valuation reviews and forecasting investor returns for quarterly reporting.
Responsibilities:
· Assessment and recommendation of value-add initiatives, leasing opportunities, and disposal strategies to optimise portfolio performance.
· Preparation of investment market reports and knowledge base management, providing research and financial insights to guide investment decision-making.
· Development and maintenance of analytical tools (Excel and Power BI) to support financial analysis, opportunity assessment, and investor reporting.
· Review and interpretation of market benchmarks and financial data, producing forecasts and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Participation in due diligence processes, including management of information flows and preparing financial assessments of acquisition opportunities.
· Contribution to investment sourcing, including preliminary financial assessment of opportunities and preparation of advice for Investment Committee consideration.
· Presentation of financial models and investment advice with reference to market data, forecasts, and investor objectives.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Under-Graduate degree in Property, Finance, Economics or similar. · Post-graduate study in Property or Finance desirable.
Experience
· Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
