Job Description
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Content Creator to join our team. The majority of this role focuses on designing for signage and paper-based print materials, such as shopfront signage, vehicle decals, stickers, and business cards. Alongside your design work, you’ll also be responsible for managing our marketing content and social media presence, helping to grow Vic Signs Group’s brand and visibility.

Vic Signs Group is a signage and print company based in Braybrook, proudly serving clients across Victoria for over 12 years. We deliver high-quality, custom signage solutions—from concept to completion—and are looking to strengthen our brand through engaging design and digital communication.

The Role
As our in-house Graphic Designer / Content Creator, you’ll be hands-on with print-ready artwork for signage and print jobs, while also planning, designing, and posting content to our social media platforms. This is an on-site role, working allocated full-day shifts between 9am and 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Create artwork for signage, vehicle decals, stickers, flyers, and business cards

• Prepare production-ready files (cut lines, bleed, scaling)

• Design marketing graphics and branded content for social media

• Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Contribute to the company’s visual direction and branding

• (Bonus) Support website content layout or UI/UX design, if experienced

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)

• Strong understanding of layout and artwork preparation for signage/print

• Confident with content creation and managing social media platforms

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

• Good communication skills and ability to take initiative

• (Bonus) Experience in UI/UX or web design is a plus
