What does the role entail?

As a Digital Strategist at Localsearch specialising in Google Ads, you will focus on enhancing the online presence of small and medium businesses across Australia through tailored strategies. You will collaborate closely with our team, supported by team leads, to assist with fulfilment efforts and improve local visibility. We are a close-knit group of diverse individuals, each bringing unique skills and supporting one another in expanding our knowledge. Through collaboration, we engage in training across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to enhance our expertise.

By staying updated on industry trends, you will contribute innovative ideas to improve campaigns and strategies. You will provide guidance to our fulfilment teams through training sessions and documentation, leveraging your Google Ads expertise. This role requires a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering impactful results for small and medium businesses across Australia.

Who are you & what will you bring?

• Experience in Google Ads; ideally agency background
• Within commutable distance of our Robina, Gold Coast office
• Australian citizen or Australian residency
• A solid understanding of Google Ads principles.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and experience in Meta Ads is a bonus
• Practical experience in developing Google Ads strategies for small to medium businesses.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to tackle new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• A willingness to learn & grow with proven project & time management abilities.
• A friendly & approachable personality.
• Strong analytical, strategic, & detail-oriented skills.
