2XU is seeking a visionary Global Brand Planning Manager to lead the strategic direction and consistent delivery of our brand across all markets, channels, and consumer touchpoints.In this role, you'll be the key integrator between Brand Marketing and our Product, Digital, Retail, and Sales teams, ensuring that our brand story is delivered clearly and cohesively.
How you will make a difference:
Global Brand Strategy & Integration: Lead the development and execution of the global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, product direction, and regional needs. Act as the strategic connector between global and local teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of key messages across all markets.
Campaign Development & Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of global brand campaigns, from concept through to implementation. Ensure the campaigns reflect the brand’s core values and resonate with the target audience, maintaining consistency and clarity across all marketing channels, touchpoints, and regions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive seamless collaboration across various departments, including Marketing, Product, Digital, Retail, and Commercial teams. Ensure that the brand strategy is effectively integrated into each function, facilitating alignment between global brand direction and local execution across markets.
Creative & Content Leadership: Guide the creative process in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling brand content. Ensure the brand story is consistently expressed through global campaigns, community storytelling, and seasonal activations, while adapting the content for specific regional and market needs.
Performance Measurement & Governance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health, campaign success, and alignment across teams. Lead seasonal reviews and post-campaign evaluations to identify insights and continuously improve future brand planning and execution.
What You’ll Bring• 10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or go-to-market roles within lifestyle, sport, or performance brands• Proven ability to lead cross-functional brand planning and campaign direction• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders• A high level of creative acumen with a keen understanding of brand consistency at scale• Expertise in seasonal planning, product timelines, and go-to-market cycles• Experience managing brand execution across retail and multi-market regions
