Job Description

Vista Windows are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Glazier to join their team in Prestons NSW. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

• Read and interpret blueprints or specifications to determine size, shape, colour, type of thickness of glass, location of framing and installing procedures
• Install glass, smoothing rough edges with bed sanders or smoothing wheels and trimming them as required
• Ensure excess glass is disposed of safely and all products are inspected for defects or weakness
• Ability to coat, cut, etch, trim and treat glass to achieve special effects

Skills and Abilities:

• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within related field-
• Ability to work in a team environment
