Join Our Growing Geotechnical Team in Perth!
Our WA Geotechnical Team is expanding, and we want you to be part of it! If you're a Geotechnical Engineer eager to further develop your skills in both geotechnical and structural engineering—or simply someone who thrives on solving complex problems—this is an exciting opportunity for you. Join a team that values learning, development, and innovation, equipping you with the skills to excel and grow in your career.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working on small to medium scale projects that deliver real impact for clients while pushing the envelope, implementing best practice approaches and, hopefully, enjoying themselves while they do it. With a strong grasp of engineering first principles and mechanics, you should have a background in geotechnical engineering design and reporting work but are eager to expand your expertise in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment, working closely with civil and structural experts around the business to solve problems for our various clients across the Infrastructure and Buildings & Construction sectors. This opportunity allows you to blend technical knowledge with practicality, developing solutions that are Best for Project and assisting with their implementation and construction. Applicants should expect to be both challenged and supported to forge their own path, with the role not suited to those who wish to be a small cog in a large machine.
What to expect day to day:
About you
A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Masters in Geotechnical Engineering
Ideally 5 - 15 years of relevant experience in Geotechnical Engineering within an Australian Engineering consultancy, for either an independent specialist or multi-disciplinary team. Applicants with experience in specialist D&C contractors on the design side would also be considered.
