What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the management of a world-class, premium-grade commercial property in Barangaroo. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of a prestigious asset. An overview of the role: Act as the primary point of contact for the Lendlease Asset Manager Oversee all aspects of asset operations, including financial performance, leasing, customer relations, and building maintenance Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance property value and maintain premium status Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and targeted initiatives Maximise financial performance through effective budget management and revenue optimisationLead and inspire a diverse team of professionals Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Implement comprehensive risk management practices Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred) NSW Real Estate Licence Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role, preferably with premium-grade assets Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, leasing, and property management Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong analytical and financial acumen Deep knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market and industry trends What you can expect from us:  You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
