About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for 5 motivated individuals to fill the role of General Hand within our Kalgoorlie Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation. We have 1 Full time contract and 3 part time contracts and 1 casual position available.
The rosters available are as follows:
Roster 1:
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 7am – 3pm
Week 2: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8am – 4pm
Roster 2:
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 3pm – 8pm
Week 2: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 3pm – 8pm
Roster 3:
Week 1: Sat, 8am – 3pm, Sun 2pm – 8pm
Week 2: Sat, 2pm – 8pm, Sun 8am – 3pm
Roster 4:
Week 1: Sat, 2pm – 8pm, Sun 8am-3pm
Week 2: Sat 8am- 3pm, Sun 2pm – 8pm
Roster 5:
Casual position
Reporting to and supporting the Service Manager the successful candidate provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in all common areas and facilities of the Kalgoorlie Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation Service (KASSA) and liaise with the Manager and Service Coordinator if there are any cleaning issues that may need to be addressed with guests. You will also be an active team member in creating ideas that can enhance the service delivery of the service.
About you
The successful applicant will have experience in commercial, industrial and domestic cleaning. You will be able to communicate effectively and sensitivity to different customers and clients and resolve client/ staff issues in a flexible manner. You will have a high level of customer service, attention to detail and strong time management skills.
