About the Role

     Practice: Speak About Speech Pathology
     Position: Speech Pathologist (Experienced or New Graduate)
     Employment Status: Full Time
     Location: Tuggerah NSW
     Days Per Week: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm

You will work with children and families ranging from 18 months to 16 years of age, providing individual therapy sessions and group programs as opportunities arise. Parent training and group education services are also a key part of our approach.

For new graduates, we offer a structured clinical mentoring program, including pre-training, session planning support, and goal-setting guidance. In a typical week, you will have designated paperwork time, ongoing PD, and consistent 1:1 mentoring.

Essential Criteria

  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.

  • Experience with a paediatric caseload, particularly preschool-aged children, neurotypical and neurodiverse.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Sound computer skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative, work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team.

  • Open attitude to learning and improving clinical and general working skills.
